PERT-AL-PERT Straight Length MLCP
 (Multilayer Composite Pipe) is a rigid piping solution designed for high-capacity heating and plumbing systems. Unlike coiled options, these straight lengths are ideal for professional-grade installations in plant rooms, commercial buildings, and district heating where a neat, stable layout is required. 
Key Specifications
  • Material: 5-layer composite with an ultrasonically welded aluminum core and inner/outer layers of raised temperature polyethylene (PERT).
  • Length: Standardly supplied in 3-meter or 4-meter straight lengths.
  • Operating Ratings: Maximum temperature of 95°C and pressure up to 10 bar (PN10).
  • Standards: WRAS approved for potable water; incorporates a total oxygen diffusion barrier to prevent system corrosion.
  • Thermal Stability: Low expansion rate comparable to copper and steel, ensuring stability under temperature fluctuations.
