The Polypipe PB02911 is a standard Underfloor Central Heating (UFCH) Pipe Clip designed to secure heating pipes to insulation boards within solid or screeded floor systems. These clips are essential for maintaining even pipe distribution and stability during the installation and screeding process.
 
  • Purpose: Primarily used with the Polypipe Clip Rail system to anchor 1m clip rail lengths to insulation and to secure pipe bends and returns.
  • Compatibility: Designed for use with 15mm and 18mm underfloor heating barrier pipes.
  • Installation: These are hand-pressed clips and are not suitable for use with a staple gun.
  • Coverage: A single pack of 250 clips typically covers approximately 50m² of floor area at standard pipe centres.
 
Technical Specifications
  • Material: Durable plastic, manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 9002.
  • Dimensions: Commonly referred to as a 40mm or 49mm clip depending on the specific measurement point.
  • Pack Quantity: Usually supplied in bags of 250 units.
  • Approvals: WRAS approved for use in water-related installations.
