Nuaire Faith Plus (FAITH-PLUS) is a compact, energy-efficient decentralized mechanical extract ventilation (dMEV) fan designed for continuous running in domestic wet rooms like kitchens, bathrooms, WCs, and utility areas. 
Faithfully compliant, built to achieve the ventilation rates as set out in the latest edition of Part F and L Building Regulations.
 
Key Features and Benefits
Continuous Operation: The fan runs continuously at a low background (trickle) rate to provide ongoing ventilation and prevent condensation and black mould.
Intelligent Humidity Sensor: A built-in humidistat actively tracks moisture levels. When a rapid increase in humidity is detected (e.g., during a shower), the fan automatically boosts to a higher speed until the air quality returns to normal, saving energy and reducing noise.
Energy Efficient: It uses a low-wattage, brushless DC motor, resulting in minimal running costs (as low as a few pounds per year) and high energy efficiency. It is SAP-listed for Building Regulations Part F and L compliance.
Quiet Running: Designed with minimal noise levels, it also features a night-time delay function to prevent the fan from boosting and causing disturbance when occupants are asleep.
Flexible Installation: Suitable for wall, ceiling, or window mounting (window kit sold separately). It is available in both 230V mains voltage and 24V SELV (Safety Extra-Low Voltage) versions for safe use in all bathroom zones.
Digital Control Panel: A 7-segment LED display is located behind the front cover for easy setup and commissioning by installers, allowing precise selection of flow rates in 1 l/s increments (trickle: 5-20 l/s; boost: 6-29 l/s).
Low Maintenance: The filterless fascia is designed to be easily removed without tools for simple cleaning and minimal long-term maintenance costs.
Monitoring Feature: Includes a daily run monitor that records operational use, providing useful data for landlords or maintenance teams.
