feed the 1/4-inch spring into the drain and rotate the handle to clear the clog. This tool is designed to be a cleaner and more efficient way to unblock sinks, baths, showers, and small pipes, as the spring is fed from a rotatable plastic container to minimize mess. 
Step-by-step guide
Uncoil the spring: Hand-feed the 1/4-inch (6mm) spring from the plastic container and into the drain opening.
Push and spin: Continue feeding the spring into the pipe. When you encounter the blockage, begin rotating the handle. This will help the spring break up the clog.
Clear the clog: Work the spring back and forth, continuing to spin, until the blockage is cleared and water flows freely.
Retrieve the tool: Slowly pull the spring back into the container, which helps to contain any mess.
